Biography

Keith M. Rawls is the Executive Director for Zyp BikeShare at REV Birmingham where Keith leads the day-to-day operations of a citywide third-generation bike-sharing system comprised of 40 stations and 400 bikes.

In 2012, Keith launched Nashville B-cycle, a third-generation bike share-system comprised of 20 stations and 195 bikes. During Keith’s tenure, the system grew to 35 stations and over 300 bikes.

Keith is highly regarded as an expert in the field of dock-based bike-sharing and is sought after by peer-cities for his guidance in the industry.

Keith is a retired U. S. Navy Chief Petty and is from Pittsburgh, PA. Keith’s favorite hobby is playing the drums.
